Obituary Highlights:

Paul William Cockerham, 82, a lifelong resident of Itasca, TX went home to be with his Lord and savior on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 surrounded by his immediate family. Paul was one of twelve children born to Buddy and Lovie Cockerham on October 6, 1933 in Ellis County, Texas. He served his country honorably from January of 1955 to January of 1957 in the United States Army. He met and married the love of his life, Betty Louise McWhorter on August 10, 1957, choosing to remain in Itasca to raise their family. They were married for 56 years.

Mission Summary:
|
The family of Mr. Paul Cockerham have asked the North Texas
Patriot Guard Riders to honor his memory and service to our
Country by standing a Flag Line at his funeral, take him to
his final rest, and stand again at his interment service.
The North Texas Patriot Guard Riders will be honored to serve as pall-bearers and fold and present the flag to the next of kin.

Details Of Part 1:
|
After the Mission Brief, the Riders will establish the Flag
Line and prepare to receive the family and friends of Mr.
Cockerham during his funeral service. When the service
begins, the Riders will return the flags to the support
vehicle, receive the Safety Briefing and prepare to
accompany the procession to the Itasca Cemetery. Riders not
participating in the procession will proceed to the
graveside
